Course tutors

We offer the best quality course tutors who have a burning desire to ‘make a difference’. All of our tutors are primary practitoners, all of whom are experts in their field, with a wealth of experience.

Penny Todman is an experienced Primary educator. She worked in Cambridgeshire schools for 28 years as a KS1 and KS2 class teacher, a senior advisory teacher for Mathematics and Headteacher of both a small rural and a diverse city Primary school. As a Headteacher, she contributed annually to ITT at Cambridge University Faculty of Education on multi-cultural education and Primary/Secondary liaison.

Penny now works as a consultant, leading national initiatives in all phases of education. She trains potential Headteachers as a tutor on the NPQH course and develops higher level teaching assistants (HLTAs) across the Eastern Region.

At Off Centre, Penny provides training for teachers and teaching assistants in creative approaches to Mathematics and aspects of leadership and management.
